Portable Toilet Rental Franchise Disclosure Program
1. What will I receive as part of the portable toilet rental franchise system?
As part of the SONELI Restrooms franchise system, you will receive corporate training at your designated business location. This training will last up to 7 days, including classroom instruction and hands-on experience in the field. You will also receive coaching from our locations and access to our portable restrooms, approved suppliers, and exclusive operating tools. We will also provide you with a confidential operations manual to help you manage your business effectively.
2. What kind of experience do I need to have?
Strong customer service and business management skills are essential. Experience in fleet management and scheduling is also beneficial, though prior industry experience is not required. Regardless of your background, we will provide you with all the necessary tools and training to successfully run your SONELI Bathrooms business.
3. What will the investment be and how much will the SONELI portable toilet franchise cost me?
The total initial investment for a portable toilet rental business, including the franchise fee and working capital, ranges from $30,000 USD to $45,000 USD. As with any new business, having the necessary capital to adequately finance your venture is crucial. This also depends on the number of units you plan to start with.
4. Are there recurring fees to pay to the franchisor?
The minimum franchise fee you will be required to pay is 6% of revenue or a fixed amount based on installed capacity. These funds allow us to finance ongoing support services, develop new products, tools, procedures, marketing programs, training, and system upgrades.
5. Is there an advertising fee or charge?
Franchisees will be required to invest between $5,000 and $10,000 USD annually in local marketing, depending on market size. In addition, they may be required to contribute up to 3% (starting at 2%) of their revenue to a system marketing pool. This pool is used to promote the SONELI Bathrooms brand and to finance the creation of marketing materials for local franchisees.
6. Is financing available?
We do not offer direct financing to franchisees. However, we can provide referrals to qualified financing sources or credit agencies on a case-by-case basis.
7. What are the terms and duration of the franchise agreement?
The Baños SONELI franchise agreement has an initial duration of 5 years, with three renewal options of five years each.

9.What kind of training and support will I receive?
Franchisees will be required to attend a one-week training program at Soneli International's corporate offices in Mexico City. This training will include hands-on, on-the-job instruction. Once the franchisee begins operations at their own location, Soneli Bathrooms field support staff will visit the franchisee to provide further training and ensure that high operational standards are maintained.
