The 300-gallon vacuum system is designed to make cleaning portable toilets more efficient and faster for the operator, while also being environmentally friendly. It is divided into two sections: a 200-gallon section for wastewater and a 100-gallon section for clean water used for cleaning.
The waste service tank has a quick-opening access cover and, optionally, a side ladder for larger tanks to access the top flange or hatch for easier inspection, repair, or cleaning. To monitor the level in each compartment, the wastewater compartment has two or three sight glasses to check its containment level, and the clean water compartment has a transparent tube to view the volume of water available for use.
The walkways and both cabinets are made of heavy-duty 1/8" aluminum to maintain a clean, polished appearance. Each side cabinet has a keyed lock and shelves for storing supplies in a dry area. For driver safety, a safety equipment package is recommended in accordance with Department of Transportation requirements. This package includes a flag, a spotlight, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher.

Constructed from carbon steel according to ASME standards, the most widely used material on the market for its high strength and durability with proper maintenance, these tanks are equipped with a vacuum pump, the size of which depends on the tank's volume. They also guarantee compliance with the latest version of ASTM testing. We also offer standard capacity tanks, such as the STS SERIES model.
This tank is constructed without 1/4" carbon steel sections and is fully equipped for septic systems or grease collection from kitchens, workshops, and industrial applications. These tanks are available in a wide range of capacities.

Why a Stainless Steel Tank?
Most operators choose the TS-715 model for their business because of its strength, corrosion resistance, low maintenance, and aesthetics. Recent improvements to the TS-715 include reinforced stainless steel (304, 316, and 416) side skirts and wider, longer hose trays. The tank has round level gauges. For safety, an internal baffle system prevents the tank contents from shifting, thus avoiding loss of vehicle control during braking or sudden turns.
