Nozzles
Sand nozzle
The steel sandblasting nozzle features a high-quality, heat-treated steel construction with a black oxide finish. This nozzle has six rearward-facing 12° jets and two forward-facing jets to blast through obstructions such as sand, organic matter, and grease in pipes from 6" to 15". It has a 1" FPT connection and is designed for use on sewer cleaning machines up to 80 GPM and up to 3000 PSI pump pressure.
Tungsten sandblasting nozzle
A large nozzle designed to penetrate accumulations of sand, dirt, and gravel, returning the particles to the manhole in a 4" to 18" pipe. This nozzle, with a 1" FPT connection, is available for sewer cleaning machines up to 80 GPM and up to 2500 PSI pump pressure. This nozzle is also available with a 3/4" FPT connection.
Sanitary nozzle
The sanitary nozzle features a high-quality, heat-treated steel body with a black oxide coating. It has six rear jets angled at either 15° or 30°, depending on the model. These nozzles are designed for general cleaning of sand and small stones in pipes ranging from 6" to 18". The sanitary nozzle has a 1" FPT connection and is compatible with sewer cleaning machines operating at up to 80 GPM and 2000 PSI pump pressure.
Penetration nozzle lance tip
The A3-12 is equipped with six 12° rear jets, one front jet, and four side jets. The A3-12 is ideal for breaking up and penetrating blockages in pipes from 6" to 12". With a 1" FPT connection, the A3-12 is available for sewer cleaning machines up to 80 GPM and up to 3000 PSI pump pressure.
Tungsten penetration nozzle
Nozzle for clearing clogged pipes from 4" to 18" containing sand, dirt, or grease. Manufactured in 15° or 30° configurations, the nozzle, with a 1" FPT connection, is available for sewer cleaning machines up to 80 GPM and up to 2500 PSI pump pressure. This nozzle is also available with a 3/4" FPT connection.
Bullet radial nozzle
The A4-2 nozzle has six rearward-facing jets, one at either an 18° or 30° angle, and is available with or without a front jet. The A4-2 nozzle is ideal for general pipe cleaning from 6" to 18". With a 1" FPT connection, the A4-2 is available for sewer cleaning machines up to 80 GPM and up to 3000 PSI pump pressure..
Bullet radial nozzle
The E0-3 is equipped with six rear jets, available in 18° or 35° versions. The E0-3 is ideal for forward thrust while maintaining a consistent jet stream for cleaning pipe walls from 6" to 15". It comes with a 3/4" FPT connection and is available for cleaning machines up to 40 GPM and up to 3000 PSI pump pressure.
Vortex radial nozzle
The E0-4 is equipped with six rear jets staggered at 18° and 24° with one front jet. The E0-4 is ideal for forward thrust while maintaining a constant jet stream to clean pipe walls from 6" to 15". The E0-4 comes with a 3/4" FPT connection and is available for cleaning machines up to 40 GPM and up to 3000 PSI pump pressure.
Vortex radial nozzle
